You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

🔁 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, simply email us at hmsharv@icloud.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

Once your request is approved, we'll send full return instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the full return shipping cost.

  • For all other reasons (e.g., changed mind, no longer needed), you are responsible for the return shipping.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
